The McNamara’s decided to subdivide their urban property, to provide an affordable family home suited to their growing family. End result was a functional and practical family home fit for the Southland seasons, consisting of 3 bedrooms, including a master bedroom, walk-in robe with ensuite, internal access garage, open plan living, and with fantastic thermal capture of the Southland’s sun from the earlier morning til late summer twilight hours.
