Mr. and Mrs. Douglas already had the design for their perfect house in mind and approached Building Solutions to help make it a reality. Because of the modest lot size, there were a few obstacles to overcome to make sure everything was built to code, but each was addressed and solved one at a time. The home includes a concrete floor and timber-framing with 70 series brick cladding, making for a gorgeous home perfectly suited for the Southland climate.
